An incredible 2020 Olympic Games has come to an end for boxers in Tokyo, Japan.
After weeks of elite level amateur boxing from countries worldwide, Olympic champions were crowned and medals were earned across eight men’s and five women’s weight divisions.
In what was an event steeped with inspiring top-of-the-podium victories and eye-catching performances in the ring, the best amateur fighters in the world put on a spectacle and raised the profile of the sport to a new level.
Cuba dominated the medal haul, including four Golds, while Great Britain followed in second place in the overall podium triumphs.
